My TRX trainer has give us a no Flour and (insert random number) Squats a day challenge.
I’m really not a squats person. There is no way to like it and I won’t pretend to so I’m going to modify it and do a “Stretch” challenge this month, I would love to improve on my flexibility as it will help me with my pole moves.
Here’s the April Challenge laid out:
No Flour for the month - that means no bread, dumplings, roti, cake, etc. A hard task on the cake front but not so hard since my ultimate weakness is rice…so take that flour!
Stretch for 10 mins everyday or every other day.
Log my food intake on Myfitnesspal (my username is tishglos).
