&lt;p&gt;I’m really not a squats person. There is no way to like it and I won’t pretend to so I’m going to modify it and do a “Stretch” challenge this month, I would love to improve on my flexibility as it will help me with my pole moves. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here’s the April Challenge laid out: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No Flour for the month - that means no bread, dumplings, roti, cake, etc. A hard task on the cake front but not so hard since my ultimate weakness is rice…so take that flour!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stretch for 10 mins everyday or every other day. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Log my food intake on Myfitnesspal (my username is tishglos). &lt;/p&gt;

I was doing ok til my mom came home and cooked provision and smoke herring which is under my list of ultimate temptation foods. &lt;p&gt;Jeez louise where is my self control! &lt;/p&gt;
